Business Process Mapping

Introducing our recent project, Business Process Mapping, where we created visual business process workflows and identified pain points to improve efficiency and collaboration within our company. This project led to the implementation of a new PLM system and company calendar, with the goal of reducing costs, as well as improving go-to-market time. Our task force worked diligently to showcase the new workflows and cross-functional team touch points to highlight the improvements made.
